Ocala National Forest is located in central Florida north of Orlando. It is the southernmost national forest in the continental United States and the second largest in Florida. It was established in 1908 and is the oldest national forest east of the Mississippi River. Ocala protects the largest contiguous sand pine forest in the world and has over 600 lakes, rivers and springs.

Hearthstone Point Campground is part of New York's Adirondack Park and is located on the shores of Lake George two miles north of the Village of Lake George.

Camping is the primary activity at Hearthstone Point and families can stay at one of the 251 tent and trailer sites. The campground features flush toilets, hot showers, recycling center and trailer dump station. Properly licensed and leashed pets are permitted.

Rogers Rock Campground & Day Use Area is part of New York's Adirondack Park and is located along the northwestern bank of Lake George. A major feature of the area is Rogers Rock, named after an English colonial fighter named Robert Rogers, who served in the French and Indian War. Rogers climbed the rock to evade Indians who were pursuing him and there are various legends regarding the specifics of his escape.
